Juppiomenz Fan Content Guidelines
Updated on October 12th, 2024
As an indie developer, one of the most amazing things we've come to see is the community fan content made out of love for our games. We absolutely adore seeing all the different things the community can make ranging from digital art to plushies. This guideline is here to help answer the most common questions regarding the intellectual property (IP) owned by Juppiomenz. Any restrictions you may see here are to protect our properties and games in a way so we can continue to keep making the games you all enjoy.
Most fan content may fall under the US Fair Use laws. For anything else, please use the following guidelines:
Unofficial
Never state or suggest that your fan content is officially sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Juppiomenz or any of our affiliates.

-
Please do not use any trademark or logo in a way that would imply your work is official. This includes adding any writing that may indicate your work is official in any way;
-
Do not ask for or take assets directly from the game to use in fan art;
Legal
As it goes for any type of content creator, you are responsible for following any local, regional or national laws when it comes to your content. Juppiomenz will not be liable for any laws your content might break nor will we be held responsible for any fee's those violations might incur. Please seek local legal council for information on what is and is not allowed near you.
Other
We here at Juppiomenz ask that you please keep all fan content appropriate for everyone. We reserve the right to restrict or stop your use of our IP at any time if your content is deemed obscene, offensive, racist, and more. We hope you will keep all your fellow gamers in mind when you decide to create fan content.
Free content is usually fine as long as it doesn't require things such as email registrations, surveys, or signups of any kind. Free content means it's free for others including Juppiomenz to view and share without consent. We at Juppiomenz are excited to see what you create and will always post credit to the artist when sharing to our socials.
Off Limits
Here are some items that we consider completely off limits.
-
Do not create NFT's or other types of cryptocurrencies using Juppiomenz IP or things that might be related to our IP in any way.
-
Do not create Fan Content that promotes illegal activity or promotes harm towards others.
-
Do not create Fan Content that could be found harmful towards Juppiomenz, any of it's team members, brands, or business partners.
-
Do not imply or indicate that your Fan Content is approved, sponsored or endorsed by Juppiomenz.
